This 60 minute session includes yoga, meditation & self-study. We will focus on cleansing, detoxing & purifying the body, mind & spirit. There are options for ALL levels in this vinyasa style class. Expect a well rounded flow that includes warm up, standing & stretching, balancing, inverting, backbends & a cool down. Props needed: wall, blanket, blocks, pen & paper. Enjoy this practice at any point of the day and especially as a start to a new week. Namaste.
