About Online Fitness Retreat
Megan and Aaron have always had a passion for living a sustainably healthy lifestyle and during this COVID-19 crisis, our health has never been more important! With gyms shut down and personal trainers unable to meet with clients, Megan and Aaron decided to pull this together to help thousands of people in need of a retreat.

They wanted to create a retreat that was so affordable that anyone who wants to get fit can do so, right from their home. No gym required.

They wanted to provide a retreat to trainers who share their passion for sustainable health and fitness, giving them a way to keep impacting those who are seeking their support.

And they wanted to pave the way for a community of people to come alongside one another in a time where isolation can leave us all feeling a lack of motivation towards better health.
In partnership with our friends at Amplify Media, who have a passion for helping people through the online space, they were able to hand-craft this retreat and offer an experience unlike any other when it comes to affordability, quality, and practical application.
The Hosts
Megan and Aaron are former Division 1 college athletes from Oregon State University. Megan was a 4 year volleyball starter and Aaron played 2 years on the football team. Now married, they continue to pursue sustainable health that will impact their family for years to come! Megan received her ACE personal training certification in 2017, and their family now resides in Rancho Cucamonga, California with their two kids.
